The 4^nd BEsc Award (2011) Hello Europe, Hello World - Again! We are glad to announce: here is the 4^nd BESC! Let us choose the best preview video clip made for Eurovision in 2011! The choice is YOURS! There are two important conditions of the nomination for the main category of BESC Award: 1. The video comes up on YouTube Eurovision Channel till 15 29 April. 2. The video does not consist of only a live performance's montage. Voting will begin on 16 30 April. (Dates are modified because of a number of upcoming videos.)
